On July 7th, starting at 9:30 am, our yoga instructor, Calley Saye, will lead four 30-minute yoga classes amidst kitten mischief and cuteness in the Great Plains SPCA Training Room in Merriam, Kansas. What a purrfect way to spend a Sunday morning! The cost is $35 per session and benefits the animals at Great Plains SPCA. Please bring your own yoga mat. Kids 8 and up are welcome to join with a paid spot! Namaste.
